Self-confidence through finding your strengths

Self-confidence is having trust in yourself. It is what makes you take risks and try new things in life. When it comes to the unknown, people start focusing on what they are not good at.

Of course, it is good to know where your weaknesses are and work to improve on them. But the danger occurs when we focus too much on these weaknesses and whatever is holding us back.

However, when we start to focus on our strengths, we feel proud of ourselves and empowered to be a step closer to where we want to be. So, instead of the problems, focus on yourself and your powers first..

What do you like about yourself?

  • (Without being modest), what do you value about yourself?

What are three of your greatest strengths?

Confidence comes from achievement. No matter how big or small, moments when you feel like you have achieved something give proof of your success.

The more you do, the more you convince yourself of your capabilities—self-doubt begins to fade, and confidence begins to grow.
